Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a Product that you purchased, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that you meet the following criteria:

- Your email must include:
- A request for a refund.
- The reason for your refund request.
- Documentation showing that you completed any exercises or tasks provided with the Product.
Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:
- Certain Product purchases may not qualify for a refund or may require satisfaction of additional criteria as specified on the applicable Site(s).
- If you are granted a refund, you will lose all rights to access and use the Product.
We reserve the sole discretion to determine your eligibility for a refund. Unless otherwise stated, your obligation to complete monthly payments remains in effect, even in the event of a license cancellation.
